1. Service
Numariq provides access to real, non-VoIP US phone numbers for receiving SMS and voice verification codes. Numbers may be sold for one-time activations or rented for a term. Availability is not guaranteed.
2. Accounts & credits
You are responsible for your account and API key. Credits are prepaid, denominated in USD, and used to purchase numbers and rentals. Unused activation charges are auto-refunded to your credit balance when no code is delivered before expiry. Credits are non-refundable to your original payment method except where required by law.
3. Acceptable use
Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts, and block numbers, devices, or users, for abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity.
4. No warranty / liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Numariq is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any inability to receive a code.
5. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
