1. What we collect
- Account data — your email and (optionally) a username, to create and secure your account.
- Payment data — handled by our processors (Stripe for cards, NOWPayments for crypto). We never see or store full card numbers; we keep only a payment reference and the amount.
- Usage data — orders, balances, and limited technical data (IP address, timestamps) used for fraud prevention and rate-limiting.
- Verification messages — SMS/voice content received on a number you order is delivered to you and retained only briefly to provide the service.
2. How we use it
To provide and operate the service, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Service providers
We share the minimum necessary data with infrastructure and payment providers that help us run Numariq — including Supabase (database & auth), Vercel (hosting & analytics), Stripe, and NOWPayments. Each processes data under its own terms.
4. Data retention
We keep account and transaction records while your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and anti-fraud purposes. Received verification messages are retained for a limited period and then removed.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for sign-in/session only, plus privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not use advertising trackers.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations. Contact us via the Contact page.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by row-level security, and privileged actions are guarded server-side. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
8. Children
Numariq is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
