Numariq numbers are for lawful verification and privacy purposes. You agree NOT to use the service to:

• Commit fraud, impersonation, or identity theft.
• Create accounts in violation of a third party’s terms for spam or abuse at scale.
• Send or solicit unlawful, harassing, or harmful content.
• Evade bans, sanctions, or law-enforcement processes.
• Circumvent rate limits or resell access in violation of these terms.

We enforce rate limits, per-number cooldowns, and a blocklist, and we log activity for abuse investigation. Violations may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of credits, and may be reported to authorities. Public/free numbers are shared — never use them for anything sensitive.
