Refund Policy

1. Automatic refunds (no code = no charge)
If you buy a one-time activation and no verification code arrives before the order expires, the charge is automatically refunded to your credit balance — you are never charged for a code that doesn't land.
2. Credits
Credits are prepaid and denominated in USD. They are used to buy numbers and rentals. Credits are non-refundable to your original payment method except where required by law. Your remaining balance stays available for future purchases.
3. Rentals
A rental reserves a number for your chosen term. Once a rental is active it is non-refundable, including if you stop using it early. Renewable rentals can be cancelled to stop future charges.
4. Top-ups
Completed top-ups (card or crypto) add credits to your balance. Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible by nature. If a top-up fails to credit, contact support and we'll resolve it.
5. Disputes
Please contact support before opening a chargeback — most issues (e.g. a delayed credit) are resolved quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
